I love the vocal tracks of Xenogears and Xenosaga but I find that Radical Dreamers is just hauntingly beautiful and it's lyrics really just hit you emotionally. Don't get me wrong SmallTwo of Pieces and even Melodies of Life are two very close seconds for me. Hell Toberu Mono is a great ending theme as well.
