When I had two kitty cats I worried the first time, also when they go really old but not in the middle years.
I think it will be okay mate. Adult cats normally have a strong immune system so it should be okay.
One time? Cute.
Two times? Pay no mind.
Three times? Scary.
Four or more? We're at the vet already.
If it's just a couple times I don't get worried but if she does it over and over then I get a little worried. Usually she's just trying to hock up a hair ball.
i mean... my cat who does it is old but um.. she just stops after a bit. idk, i get worried over my pets too much now. especialy after...

since the last vet bill for Henk (a cat) i always see him 'being sick'.. eventho he is healthy now
I have a kitten, not had any health scares with him yet just a very healthy little boy. I would be wary and aim to make either a note of it and mention to the vet on next check up or if it was more concerncing then I'd arrange for a trip to the vets asap.
