Man, this is the one I haven't played that I'm the most excited for. I'm trawling through FFII at the minute but that won't be threatening my Final Fantasy top three any time soon.

Though I think the DS/Steam version is the ultimate way to experience FFIV, the original is still pretty dang good!

He's actually really useful in the DS version because you get to choose a) which song to use and b) which item will work on a group. Not to mention he's incredibly badass in the sequel.
But in the original? Yup. He's the worst
