Serious answer would have to be Yuffie ! She's such a dork ! Obnoxious and traitorous, but a dork none the less. And she does apologise and realized what she's doing is a right asshole move, but you can sort of see why she was doing what she did. She's like a old cartoon villain in a way, especially during her Wutai betrayal, but with heart and emotion. Meanwhile Cloud just says that he doesn't give a right smurf and just wants his shiny gems back lol.
