I'm going to go for Varric. I've gotten used to being much taller than my partner. Plus, he's funny, and kind, is great at telling stories, has a sexy voice (always a big plus), and - in Inquisition at least - is pretty good looking. He's WAY too good for that Bianca chick (the dwarf Bianca, not the crossbow. Bianca the crossbow can stay).
