Honestly I like alien races, I'm not sure what you would classify those as so I went with other. Things like Zabrak, Sith and Twi'lek are better than all the generic fantasy races imo.
The 'Human' (e.g Human, Humes, Hyur)
The 'Magic' (e.g Elves, Elezen, Miqo'te)
The 'Small' (e.g Dwarves, Gnomes, Lalafell)
The 'Muscle' - (e.g Qunari, Roegadyn)
