Why wont it let me renew my anti-virus software?

So Ive had a pop up that says my Virus Protection will expire in 29 days. I tried to renew standard protection (which is free) by entering my email address when it asks. Then, I click on Register and nothing happens.....the dialog box just stays there...

So....it will expire in a month...after that must I live in fear some virus is gonna invade my computer?


Anyone know why this isnt working when I believe Im doing everything right?

You're gonna have to let us know what sort of antivirus it is you are using.

Its called avast anti-virus. Standard protection blocks viruses and spyware.
