Morrigan, she ripped apart everything in Origins.

Wrex, one-Krogan wrecking crew.

Liara, biotics/mages are incredibly powerful in Bioware games.

Fenris, I considered a tank here but really who needs a tank if you plow through everything?

what you mean you aren't going with Zevran, Fenris, Solas and Xan?

Tali, Oghren, HK-47, and Isabella

I feel back for Tali, she'd have to babyset the entire group. That's if she can even get Oghren and Isabella out of the starting tavern.

Miranda: tech powers and biotics, she's handy in pretty much any situation
Aveline: the tankiest tank to ever tank
Anders (the DA2 version): he can give you that sweet, sweet healing when it's needed, and dish out the damage in his 'Justice' mode when it isn't
Isabela: Got to have a rogue in there for the slicing and dicing, plus, the banter between her and Aveline is always good

I'll take Wynn for the heals
Allistar for both emotional and physical punching bag
Bethany for the AOE
and Verric for the Funny's

YES! That actually totally works as a party set-up. Ser Pounce-a-lot would be a rogue, disarming opponents with his cuteness before going in for the kill. Dog is your offensive warrior, obviously. Druffy is the tank. Finally, Lord Woolsley is the mage, as he's actually a spirit/demon/magical entity of some kind.
