I get the scene was supposed to be awkward, I just didn't like it in general.

I got one of those editions of FFX that had the bonus disk with small interviews with him and the woman that played Yuna, when I first clicked on this clip I thought "holy trout he got old fast", then realised it's been a whole 15 years since the game was released!

Seems like a really nice guy though. I'll definitely check out more of his videos.
