I like them and like to add them for color in meals. I pick which ones depending on the color of the meal! I never use green as I like adding Jalapeños as well.
Aww man, I made a really nice dish for MissH with bell peppers a while back but can't remember what it was!

They put colour into meals, but I can't have too many of them, they start tasting funny after awhile.
Capsicum (bell pepper) is one of my favourite veges. It's just so diverse: cooked or raw, in salads, pastas or stir-fried, or even stuffed and baked. They can get expensive in my part of the world, but that's just an extra incentive to shop around or check out the farmers' market.
For me it's all about dem red peppers!

Stuffed bell peppers with tomato, basil, garlic, and beef is one of my favorite easy dishes to make. Bell peppers and beef. It also goes well stuffing them with crab meat.
They're best when stuffed or in pasta. I'm not as big a fan of them on pizza or salads/wraps but I don't mind.
Yeah, not a big fan on pizza either.
