Final Fantasy XV release & pre order dates, Ultimate Collector's Edition

Final Fantasy XV will be released worldwide on September 30, 2016. Pre-orders for the Deluxe and Ultimate Collector's Editions of the game will start at 9PM Pacific Time. The Ultimate Collector's Edition, which is a Square Enix Online Store Exclusive, will only be available to 30,000 worldwide. It will feature bonus content, such as the Royal Raiment outfit, the Masamune, and a Platinum Leviathan recolor for the car. There will be in game item packs (shown in the pic above. There's also a 192 page artbook, an exclusive Noctis figurine, and steelbook soundtracks as well as the game.

Quick question, anybody know if you have to pay the price immediately, or when it ships?

I have the info ready, just have to hit order now. I can't pay for it now. $314 USD is a goddamn fortune in silly Canadian dollars. I can afford it by September though...

When I wrote this up, they only had links to download the standard versions. I imagine everyone rushed to get on & they weren't ready.

I just bought it...I am smurfed, especially when current exchange rate goes through. Nearly the price of my PS4? Hopefully only charge when it ships and better exchange rates?
