The premise? He has one second to answer a question. So far he's done excellent, getting all the questions right and finds himself competing for the final $1,000,000 question.

The host looks at his card and reminds him of the allotted time he has to answer this final question, "How many US states have a capital city named Jackson. And what are they?"

The man answers calmly, "One. Mississippi."

Then the host responds, regret in his voice, "I'm sorry sir, but you ran out of time."
