How Big Is Your Video Game Backlog?

It is. I should have mentioned that. Games that i find interesting get released, or go on sale faster than I can complete them, and I'm never really short on money for buying new games so they keep stacking up.

I have probably 50 games on steam that I like, but haven't finished yet because they take some 50 hours to finish each, and that's just on one platform.

See, I don't have a big budget for games so, if I'm going to shell out money for a new release it had better be something I know I'll play a lot. Hell, that's true for any game really. If I know I'm not going to get 100+ hours from it, I probably wont buy it. But, I also very rarely buy new games.

almost none of the games in my backlog were bought at full retail price. most of them are from sales and bundles

If we include the sales and bundles, then my backlog might be slightly larger. Just slightly.

Yeah almost all of our backlogs are from ridiculous Steam Sales, Humble Bundles, and the like.

I mean, I have tons of games I could put on a backlog list, but many/most games I own I don't have any immediate interest in playing, so I don't count them. My list of games I own that I am actively interested in playing through is quite small, probably around ten-ish.
