Jameson Caramel sauce at my first kitchen job. Basically went whoosh with alcohol and a burnt my bangs.

I forget you work in kitchens! What's the most crazy mishap you've heard or seen by others, TSoL?

Cleaning a deep fryer with still hot oil. I wasn't there when it happened but the dude smurfed up his arms.
