It is the dish of a king, clearly.

Tonight I'm thinking Chicken Alfredo. Unless I cba to cook, then probably pizza.
Quiche is kind of like casserole to me, I just throw a bunch of things I like in there. This one had guryere, cheddar, spinach and bacon. Everyone at work liked it! Including me.
DK doesn't know things, obviously. That sounds great.
I had spaghetti tonight, but there's some leftover chicken carbonara from last night (idk why we did pastas two nights in a row) that I might still be hungry enough to eat. I am a hungry girl today.
Signature by rubah. I think.
Earlier I made some braised beef ( for stew) in red wine vinegar and it came out real tender, rich and yummy. I had it over mashed potatoes. But I think I like it better if cooked with short ribs. Wished I had some red wine to accompany my succulent meal with but had some grapefruit sparkling water instead.
Yesterday I made cashew cheese in addition to the stuff mentioned a couple of posts ago. Tomorrow I will probably make green rice, portobello burgers, and tempeh/green beans. I'm on my third bunch of kale for the week, I wish we had a garden!
Whole Foods had a sale on jumbo shrimp. My wife has been making shrimp tacos every other day for a week. Nothing short of smurfing amazing. Home made tortillas and pico de gallo, slice of avocado. Heavenly.
Tonight I'm making a penne pasta with garlic alioli, spinach and bacon lardons.
I am already excited.
This morning I made black bean brownies, this evening Spuuky is making falafel and I am making Thai pumpkin soup. I also ate an entire bunch of kale for breakfast. These past few months I've really missed my kitchen setup, I guess I'm taking it back in full force
What are black beam brownies and how do they come to be? Brownies and black beans are two of my favourite things, so I am intrigued.

I was skeptical, but this is going to be my go-to brownie recipe from now on! I didn't bother with the date topping or the coconut, and I used walnuts in place of pecans.
Oh I never saw this thread!!!
Yesterday I made eggs Benedict with coffee bean-crusted NY strip steaks instead of Canadian Bacon. I called it a red eye . For the side, I made some fried green tomatoes.
Then for dinner, I whipped up some sort of curried sweet potato soup. it was pretty good. I think next time I want to try it with coconut milk.
For breakfast I'm planning to make sausage biscuits and gravy. then for dinner I may make chicken wings. I have lots of chicken parts in the freezer.
Pizza. Always pizza.
I will microwave a pasta pot later.
Mushroom/chard frittata, hash browns, and coffee. It would be better to eat with company, though ;_;
