Y'all last night I made fried potatoes and pintos and corn bread and it was Sooooo goooooooooood.

I made barbecue nachos tonight. First time making and eating them. Was pretty good.

Today I had takeout due to just being extreamly busy, however tomorrow will be a whole chicken that will last me 2 days. Bought 5 free roam chickens from a local farm. (In the summer they sell great fresh local grown veggies) on the third day I boil the bones to,make homemade soup.

Grilled chicken, wife made rice (her own Central American style), beets, pico de gallo, & tostones. Melts in my mouth.

The boy is at work tonight so I'm dining on a $1.49 pizza and a six pack
BUT! I'm planning to surprise him this weekend with lamb as graduation present!

We had leftovers. I made a farfalle with corn and chickpeas and a light olive oil, lime juice, and tomato sauce. It was a good hot day meal

I've not been eating terribly great due to late nights and essay writing stress. But on the weekend, the majority of my workload will be released off of me and I'm planning on cooking something special for me and Mr. Carny!
I'm open for suggestions, by the way.

I made a coconut and cream curry for dinner.

I made homemade Chicken Fried Rice (with broccoli, carrot, peas, eggs, fresh squeezed orange & lemon juice, a bit of hoisin, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, garlic, onion, and ginger), Egg Drop Soup (with sauteed onion, ginger, and garlic, a bit of diced sauteed tofu, and thinly sliced mushroom), Crab Rangoons, and Stir Fry Beef w/Veggies and Lo Mein Noodles.
Was mad yummy tho frfr. I need to get back to doing my food blog someday.

Making a nice thick goulash. Hamburger, fresh veggies from the local farms and greenhouses. Made enough for a few days.

I am making a garden soup, which is basically a light veggie soup.
I do enjoy making soups that have the directions of combine all ingredients, cook.
