I prefer whatever my mattress is, it's the most comfortable thing I've ever laid on and one of my best purchases ever. At a guess I'd say it's soft/medium.
Soft - "It's like sleeping on a marshmallow!"
Medium
Medium/Firm - "Pretty much the Goldilocks bed, only without the bears"
Firm
Firm - "Now I can enjoy the firmness of the floor, without sleeping on it!"
