Garnet's looks the least ridiculous but I also like Celes' opera sprite.

3. Ashe

1. Garnet

Note that I put Celes as a close second.

Of the list, Celes is my favorite followed by Ashe then Garnet. I never liked the feather design on Yuna's wedding gown.
