I loved pbn'j, my eldest did, and our 2yr old is crazy for them. We were out of jelly (I was making a midnight snack, last year), out of honey, so I used our organic 100% pure (and very thick) maple syrup. It was good, so my inner chunky monkey told me that I needed to get some "Maple Bacon" Kettle Chips to mash into it, and add banana slices. I did as I was told, it was glorious. Now I just have to add some real bacon, then all will be right in the world.
