Terra is "cute" and "pretty", whereas Celes is "hot".

I have to say Terra though, I have always thought that innocent girls with a hot-looking body are attractive as hell.
There is something about the contrasts that I find irresistible - they have that charming and innocent personality, but at the same time their bodies scream "heey, check out some of this".

Actually when I think about it, Celes is a bit like this as well, although I have a feeling that she would be more direct about sexual stuff.
