I think it depends on the category. If I'm like "heck yeah, my avy is super cool! It's a kawaii dragon! *self-vote*" on a more silly nom then yeah. but if it's something I feel, "well hmm someone is better than I am and they super deserve this vote, I don't deserve it." Then yeah I don't vote for myself.
