Can I download DirectX.9.0c graphics adaptor....?

Without getting hoodwinked by Virus Scanners and Driver Scanners that tell me there's a bunch of stuff wrong then ask for payment?

It seems like I can get DirectX.9.0c for free, but only if i pay for a bunch of other stuff as well.

Is there a simple link that can help me just download this one and only driver i need?

DirectX is already included in Windows 10 by default. Also, any program that you have that needs DirectX will almost certainly install it for you.

I'm currently attempting to download windows 10, my internet is just incredibly slow so it may take a while
