The man is giving me a Rufus Shrina vibe, like a villain and a important villain- but not the "main " villain.

Yeah, he does have that vibe about him, doesn't he? I'm looking forward to seeing what role all the characters play in both Kingsglaive and FFXV. In FFXIII there were quite a few characters with wasted potential (Jihl, for example) so I'm looking forward to seeing something more fully fleshed out.
