Nutty and Oscar land beside the Rouge town, and work west and across the river. From there the Pyramid is South, and the Ogren Cave is visible and it used to be under water but open now.

The Ogren cave is a bunch of Teleports and breakable walls. once you are done exploring use Levitate on one rock to push the switch, have Nutty stand on another, and Oscar on a the third and it will open the way to Tiny. Tiny has even more teleports, and he tosses Ogrens at you. I just ran from Teleport to teleport and eventually you end up beside him and he gives you the diamond eyes without a fight.
