I'm casting my vote for VERY SCREWED, in fact I'm pretty sure Hawke would just punch their way underground and destroy the remaining two Old Gods and that would be that, no more Blights.

Yeah Hawke would end the Fifth Blight in a week, then end the Sixth and Seventh proactively before they began, then she'd track down every remaining Darkspawn in the world and kill them, then she's probably go punch out the Maker for starting this trout in the first place.
