What's your favourite lettuce/leafy green?

Gai ian, red cabbage, baby spinach and iceberg lettuce are all equally great.

mmmmmm I love baby spinach. I could eat it raw out of the package all day, but it also goes great in like noodles and stuff. When I make ramen I throw tons of baby spinach in the pot and it's delicious.

Spinach and even just standard iceberg lettuce is nice on most things. You can't really go wrong with leafy greens.
