Fatal Frame probably gets the least love and exposure out of those. So that'd be my pick out of that list

Obscure (similar to Until Dawn but way more campy)
Corpse Party

Some that I am seriously cosidering getting into that are not even new or anything, and are reasonably cheap (though also probably super short)

Home - A Unique Horror Adventure
