The Z-Ring can activate Megas, but Megas still need the Mega Stone, so they can't use Mega-Evolution. Unless they're Rayquaza. Because OP.

The kitty still looks like the best bet. I also haven't done the fire starter since gen 2.

So the leak seems legit then. Good, can't wait to get my archer owl.

Also, even if it'll end up being Fire/Dark instead of Fire/Fighting, that'll still be the fourth fire starter that has 'fighting' as a design theme. Which is fine, I guess. Still my least favourite, though.

Oh, I had just watched the video Skyblade posted. Checked out the leak and yeah you are right. The fire/fighting has been done to death. The owl actually looks the best in final form. Like robin hood!

I'm pretty sure Litten won the 'best starter' poll. Not sure if that would change for the final form, though.

I'm sure the Robin Hood thing has been mentioned before, and is a reason why I like it so much.

New Mechanic that was updated on the Sun/Moon website:

In Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, you can register Pokémon that you often use in Battle Teams, which can contain anywhere from one to six Pokémon. You can set up a maximum of six Battle Teams, and the same Pokémon can be registered to several Battle Teams simultaneously.

When the Pokémon Global Link is updated for Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, a new feature will be available—QR Rental Teams. Players will be able to publicly share their own teams and to use Battle Teams designed by other players. Public Battle Teams can be used by scanning in their QR Code patterns from the Pokémon Global Link. You can take part in Link Battles and certain Rating Battles using a Battle Team you’ve rented. You may even be able to try battling using the Pokémon of expert players, like the victors of the World Championships!

This is a very interesting addition. Should make tourneys easier to run, especially for people who don't have time to raise their own teams.

...Speaking of which, I'm sorry the current tourney hasn't gone anywhere. Since going to night shifts, my schedule's been fairly busy. Still trying.
