After 7 months of waiting, changing credit card because it expired, switched from credit card payment to paypal.
Almost canceled the pre-order as I did not know if the payment would proceed after all these issues aaaaand:

Naaaah, I'm not a SE VIP member sadly.
Funny thing though, I'll get the game before I have the PS4.

I'll get the PS4 Pro by the way, even if I have a 1080 hdtv, and not 4k.

I cancelled my UCE because I found it more prudent to buy a new TV and get the PS4 Pro then spend $500 CAD (that's what it would have come to after conversion and shipping with customs) for this collector's edition.

Got the game preordered though. That is what matters the most, after all.
