So I was so sure that it was a Kefka line, where he laughs a la "Bwah-ha-ha! Gu-fu-fu!!!(with gu-fu-fu being an evil laugh in Japanese) but I replayed the game and could not find it. The point being, I still think it came from FFVI, so I really enjoy this.
