Can't say I played the demo (pretty much everyone I know that played it wasn't amazed by it), but WoFF has the perfect mix of Pokémon and ATB for the battle system with a splash of extra stuff. But more than anything? The scenarios, the character interactions, things like that. Especially the intervention missions. Generally it was just a genuinely hilarious and fun game. It really had the atmosphere of FFV which no FF has really done for me for a very long time.

I've never seen fanservice done so well.
