Wonder Woman; Wonder Woman has always been the face of female super heroes for me, and, unlike Superman, I actually like her quite a bit. This is also the Spiderwoman I'm the most indifferent to.
Starfire; Not so much for her comic iteration as her animated one, who was one of, if not the, most likable characters in a cast of likable characters. Witchblade, on the other hand, I've never had any form of attachment to.
Storm; She may lack invisible mind bubbles, but she controls the weather, yo! I've also always liked how mature and level headed she feels as a character -- certainly a better field leader than Mr. Summers. 
Actually, I kind of wonder if there was ever a storyline about that. . .
Black Canary: Jubilee does nothing for me and Black Canary wins on that alone.
Red Sonja: I prefer her setting and generally feel Sif is far more eclipsed by her Asgardian contemporaries than Sonja is by, like, Conan? And Conan alternate guy no one bothers to remember the name of? (Seriously, what the hell was his name?)
Spider-Gwen: Don't know the book, but I absolutely love that design, and with no attachment to Valkyrie either way that is enough to win for me.
Ms. Marvel: Don't know this character, but I don't mind her design and don't like Talia, soooo yeah.
She-Hulk: Basically the easiest pick imaginable.
