Yes, but what does that exactly mean for designing them? Is there already one doing that? And what is with the Scenario?

Not too much really, in terms of physical appearance I just use a generator. The Scenario is that Loony BoB is dead, EoFF has been replaced by a mysterious tower, but the key to restoring EoFF is at the very top. Our heroes must climb it to save EoFF.

So no designer that invents the looks first and no one that writes the scenario itself (I suppose what exists is written by you then)?
