So I guess we're all down with Wolf Kanno as number 11. Fair enough, WK it is! I'm going to give him access to equipment that only one or two people can use like Bows, Spears and Axes. What kind of skillset would be good? I'm looking at hybrid of some of my existing ones.
So you have physical damage (Warrior) skills, dragoon skills, thief skills, tanky paladin skills, spellblade (physical elemental) skills, break and debuff skills, and status effect skills. What combo of two of those would you like to see?
Alternatively if you have any ideas for other skills then by all means, although be descriptive with what they might do!

A Gau-like skill set would be great for him simply because I know how much he enjoys it, but I expect it's a bit late to program that in. It would be cool to make the 11th character unique mechanically, though, in order to incentivize getting him aside from "it's Wolf Kanno"!
