Sephex was a tough fight. Here's what I used to beat him:
Freya~ Wyvern Strike/Quick Jump
Nut~ Piercing Strike/ Circular Swing
Fox~ Darkga/ Drain
Bubba~ Power Ballad/Gifted Symphony
Fynn~ Curaga/Raise
It was close. Three of my party were dead, but Nut and Freya limit breaks were crucial. Good luck!

This game is tons of fun! Thinking up a different strategy for every boss fight has been really fun. Also the puns are great.
I think so far the only original tracks have been my town and shop theme, though I don't know how far in you got

EDIT: Also, one thing came to mind - I think it's pretty safe to assume everyone who is a player character in the game is using themselves as the leader, but what about all you other guys? Who do you pick? Do you just swap them around?
I swap them around. My team is always changing, so the leader is never set.
Wolf Kanno went down pretty easily this time! A team of Fynn, Psy, Shauna, Nut and Freya did the trick!
When the crystal shows up, when you smash it it'll reset your timer. Just gotta burst him really hard over the start of the fight.
