Yet it was the first Final Fantasy to get a sequel.
I'm pretty sure we'll get one eventually, Squenix can only port the original so many times, so I feel they'll give it a graphical remake eventually. I mean let's face it, every game except maybe the MMOs will probably be whored out eventually until either the IP is worthless or the collapse of the video game medium.
