It will most likely be the Leviathan battle actually since it's the only time he's both missing and something significant happened to him. I think it was even mentioned Ardyn was the last thing he saw before his accident. Though I can imagine the episode could take place in the aftermath while the city is cleaning up and Noctis is in his coma.
