Prince John - Probably the most useless Disney villain ever, and I love him for it.
Hard pick, but I'll go with Hades -- he was certainly not the God of the Dead anyone was expecting.
Ursula has the best song, Maleficent the best design, and Dr. Facilier the best hat -- I'm voting Jaffar for having a little bit of all three.

Voiced by the late great Eartha Kitt. She just wants to be Emperor ? .....While trying to kill a the previous Emperor but she gave him a fancy funeral ? What do you think ? Yzma's your choice ? She does look fabulous in purple.

Hades with that sweep last round. Tough call between him, Jafar, and Yzma. Aladdin is my all time favorite Disney movie. And love New Groove and Hercules.
