Rydia was my first favourite character for a while. Plus summons and black magic. Ooft!!
not to say vivi is any sort of bad. Good guy he is. But. Just prefer rydia a bit more. Though the picture of vivi is awesome with Bobby Corwen

this is really hard. I'm on the fence for these two. They are both so amazing.
I like Vivi a lot, but I also like Rydia and I think she'll need the votes a lot more than Vivi does!
Summoner and BLM is mean combo.
Vivi for me. I'm not that far in to FFIV so I haven't really got to know Rydia all that well.
