I politely subside them
I go full-on sneeze but with hands over my mouth
I go full-on sneeze, no hands for maximum distance
I grab someone's face and cover them in snot & saliva
I don't sneeze
The word sneeze look weird after a while
I had no idea that sneezing into your elbow is a thing. I don't think I've ever seen anyone do this
