Has to be Rosa. Probably one of the most valuable White Mages in the series.
Toadstool is also always in my party in SMRPG so she can hug everybody.
Minwu ! And Yuna if she counts.

Te worst white mage is this character in ffxiv called Galuf Luna. Like. They let everyone die. But the best is this white mage called haru elric who is really strong and wise yknow. Plays a key part in the story
I love Natalia and Tear Grants from Tales of the Abyss.
Also, because I forgot to mention her in the Black Mage Thread, I love Cecelia Lynne Adelhyde from Wild ARMS (she's more of a Sage than anything else).

Mint Adenade from Tales of Phantasia immediately jumps to mind, as do Minwu and the White Wizard / Jesus from FF1.
Can I say me? I'm officially a video game white mage since Death of a Fansite
Yukiko, best healer in the game. And that's saying something when Yu can pick up any other role and do it better.
ROM/White Sister Pink, she is indispensable in V2.
Rosemon Burst, her passive gives everyone auto-regen.
Flonne, especially in the first game.
