Either Ar nosurge or Ar Tonelico 2. No question, though between those two it's harder to decide.
For now I'm leaning towards Ar Tonelico 2.
Umineko, of course.
It depends on what I'm in the mood to listen to, so I can't say for certain.

Ar Tonelico 2 is a good answer too. The final boss music alone is one of the best tracks in gaming.
