I have eaten: lamb, cow, chicken, fish, pig, octopus, cuddle fish, any number of molluscs, kangaroo, crocodile, bear, moose, cobra, cockroach, cricket, ants, witchetty grub, tarantula, squirrel, elk, shark (gummy), goat, ox, rabbit, quail, duck, goose....
I haven't knowingly eaten horse but based on my history of animal consumption it might be rather discriminatory of me not to given the opportunity or invitation.
