Me and my friend Chris actually had a horsemeat steak at a restaurant when we went to Brussels. I normally have my steaks medium-rare but the waiter said they could only cook it medium or above. I’m not sure why that was the case.
Anyway, it was nice enough. I’d still opt for the classic cow steak given the choice. I remember it came with this green vegetable mash which looked disgusting but tasted bloody phenomenal.
