    Dancing Chocobo Recommend me podcasts

Basically all I ever do at work anymore is listen to podcasts and I need some more. I already listen to McElroys content (The Adventure Zone, MBMBAM) so you don't have to rec those (although yes they are great)

What out there is really interesting/entertaining/etc.? I'll take any and all suggestions with any and all themes at this point since I'm kind of just curious to see what exists! Huge Bonus Points if it's available on Spotify.

Well, Hardcore History is the all-time greatest podcast. Other than that, I like History on Fire and Lore reasonably well.

I came here to recommend The Adventure Zone, so I guess I'll leave now.

Security Now! is great podcast about computer related security and is probably the only one I actively follow, especially with how most news outlets hyper sensationalize everything they get their hands on. The hosts also do a pretty good job keeping the information understandable, so you don't need a high degree of technical understanding to follow what they are talking about.

Reply All is an all time fav though they’re updating less frequently now.

The latest season of Serial is to me, back up to the standards of the first blockbuster season of Serial. It’s focusing on the criminal justice system through the lens of one specific courthouse in Cleveland and it’s fascinating.

Slow Burn’s season about Watergate was extremely interesting.

Hidden Brain, 99% Invisible, Freakonomics, Radiolab to learn something new.

Criminal, Up and Vanished for true crime.

Pop Culture Happy Hour and Slate Culture Gabfest for new books/music/tv/movie talk.

Pod Save America to listen to people smart rage about the current dystopian nightmare.
