Best Non- Square Enix JRPG Comp : Round 1 !
Here we have Persona 5 one of the best new role-playing games on the block versus Shin Megami Tensei III one of its cousins. Is the cool new kid at school going to dash it out? Or is the hidden kid in the corner going to make a surprise victory?

I love Nocturne, but I love the cast of Persona 5 more. And the music is soo good. Last Surprise is one of the best normal battle themes.
Of course we start this off really hard, but I'm giving it to Nocturne. P5 is a fantastic game, but it's too soon for me to say if it's even the best Persona game for me, whereas Nocturne slipped into my top ten favorite games of all time without me noticing. P5 might have the better emotional payoff, but Nocturne has the deeper gameplay and the more thought provoking plot.

Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...

Gonna have to give it to Persona 5 tho. Rarely been so drawn into a game.
Persona 5. I don't even like mainline SMT games that much.
