Spoiler free initial impressions at around 12 hours in:

+ It looks stunning.
- The frame rate does take a lot of hits (playing on standard PS4).
~ It doesn't hand-hold with the story in the slightest and expects you to pretty much hit the ground running. There's no real "wtf happened before this" until after the 2nd world. (Although they just patched in a Memory Archive which has some short videos.)
- The Attraction Flow thing is a massive gimmick that looks flashy as heck but trivializes combat.
- Combat in general seems really easy. I started on standard because I felt rusty, but honestly... 5 worlds in I've not once come close to dying. If you're a series veteran just start on Proud Mode.
~ Some of the Keyblade second forms just feel like hammering X repeatedly while stuff explodes on screen without having to really bother targeting anything.
- Music is... shockingly... not that great. There's the return of some old classics as battle themes, but the rest of it has been rather forgettable.
+ The selfie camera and Hidden Mickey's thing is a novel addition, feels like it has more purpose than Prompto's camera in FFXV.
+ The mini-games are fun.
+ The crafting system is ok.
~ The cooking system is fun at first but a novelty that quickly wears off.
+ Free-roam Gummiship!
+ Voice acting is generally good.
+ Camera is on point, haven't had many camera issues at all.
