I always want to like fighting games, but I just can’t anymore. I think it’s mainly because I don’t have the friends to play them with like when I was a kid.

I’ve yet to play Dissidia, but I do think a more 3D arena approach would be best. I’m picturing a mix of Soul Calibur and Ehrgeiz in my head, but I’m sure Dissidia would be the best fit. I wouldn’t mind a 2D style though in the same vein as Persona 4 Arena it BlazBlue. I think it would still look cool and flashy while being more different from the original games battle systems.

All in all, I’d probably buy this game if it existed, and I would proceed to never play it unless it had an interesting single player mode.
