First, for anyone under the notion the creature creator doesn't give story percent at all, I present:

Do I have a glitched game? Is this only happening on the PS4 version? Is the game somehow re-allocating story percent? Or do a few fiends give story percent when released? It sure seems like that latter to me, unless you guys know something I don't. Does anyone know if there are other fiends that do this? And is the extra 0.6% story enough to make 100% in one game doable for both the Youth League and New Yevon?
