Lich kind of feels the most iconic for some reason? After several mini bosses, he’s the first actual climactic boss - he’s huge and has this much more serious sounding music in the remakes. The fact that he’s probably the biggest oushover of the four due to being weak to both fire and dia doesn’t really stop him from leaving a lasting inpression
Rubicant, but in this game, Lich.
I do love Lich, but I've always had a soft spot for Tiamat. I mean he's practically Ghidorah. He's also the boss of one of my favorite locations in FFI, and his rematch fight is the last legitimate threat in the final dungeon.
